PROGRAMMING SYSTEMS:

Self-Learning: This system allows the operator to use the robot itself, which is very light and balanced, to easily go through the motions of painting. Simultaneously our controller records the movements and all related signals. Those are stored in a program which can be recalled at any time and executed automatically by the robot.

Point to Point: Parts which are geometrically defined by regular surfaces bounded by segments, circles, or curves, can be created by the painting program. Selecting appropriate points on the part and defining them through a simple software developed by Epistolio gets the job done easily.

Automatic Scanning Systems: For those customers which are looking for totally automatic solutions, Epistolio has developed vision systems using photocells, cameras, and lasers, which are able to define shape and dimension. As well as automatically create painting programs. 

Remote Support: All Epistolio robots are equipped with software for remote technical support. Diagnostics, modifications, or updates can be made without the need of a visit by one of our technicians.

Production Management Software: Scheduling and monitoring software is avaiable from Epistolio by request, which can assist in the efficiency of the production line. 

Control of the robot and/or the entire line, as well as detailed production reporting, can be managed via barcode or RFID systems. Epistolio can even control the funtion of color change and set paint parameters.
