Filtration Group Finishing’s combination baffle/strainer-type overspray collectors are engineered for high-efficiency filtration across a wide range of industrial coatings. Constructed from multiple layers of slit and expanded kraft paper, these filters feature a graduated density design with progressively smaller "diamond" baffle openings to maximize depth-loading. For applications requiring superior arrestance and extended service life, the Supra® and MM (Mini-Mesh) versions incorporate a final layer of high-density, non-woven synthetic polyester. This multi-stage approach ensures that larger particles are trapped in the front baffles while finer overspray is captured in the dense rear layers, protecting your exhaust stacks and maintaining consistent booth airflow.
